Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing a ticket to the Americas Community Center 25th Anniversary Celebration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior notice to Americas Community Center. Ticket prices, including General Admission and VIP, are based on the benefits associated with each ticket level and cannot be exchanged for cash or partially refunded. The event program, entertainment, schedule, and other event details are subject to change without notice. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Americas Community Center reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reschedule the event. Any applicable ticket policies will be communicated to purchasers. By attending, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place and may be used by Americas Community Center for promotional, archival, and communications purposes. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while attending the event. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.


Please note: Ticket purchases are payments for admission to the event and should not automatically be represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions. If any portion is eligible for a charitable deduction, Americas Community Center will communicate the applicable amount separately.
